Lukin er opkaldt efter hans bedstefar og blev hurtigt kendt for sit eklektiske udvalg af drikkevarer, sin venlige, jordn\u00e6re atmosf\u00e6re og, takket v\u00e6re Balazs, sin enest\u00e5ende menu. Efter mange \u00e5rs smagninger, parringer, destilleriture og alt for meget druk besluttede Shaun at bruge al den viden til noget fornuftigt. S\u00e5 i k\u00e6lderen p\u00e5 Lukin blev vores f\u00f8rste gin, Caspyn, og Pocketful of Stones f\u00f8dt! Efter et \u00e5rti, hvor han havde leget med smage i West End-k\u00f8kkener, mest inspireret af sine rejser, flyttede Balazs til Front of House for at lede sit team. P\u00e5 uforklarlig vis besluttede han efter en kort periode at vende tilbage til at skabe og overlod kontakten med publikum til en anden! Paul har arbejdet i hjertet af den evigt foranderlige branche i tre \u00e5rtier og har v\u00e6ret p\u00e5 forkant med det hele, men som onkel Albert taler han aldrig om det. Vores nordbo kan godt lide at fort\u00e6lle folk, at han ikke s\u00e5 bl\u00e5 himmel, f\u00f8r han var 18 \u00e5r, og derfor elsker han Cornwalls kyst!
