Das nach seinem Gro\u00dfvater benannte Lukin wurde schnell bekannt f\u00fcr seine eklektische Auswahl an Getr\u00e4nken, seine freundliche, bodenst\u00e4ndige Atmosph\u00e4re und, dank Balazs, seine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Speisekarte. Nach Jahren der Verkostungen, Paarungen, Brennerei-Besichtigungen und insgesamt zu viel Alkoholkonsum beschloss Shaun, all dieses Wissen f\u00fcr sich zu nutzen. So wurden im Keller des Lukin unser erster Gin, Caspyn, und Pocketful of Stones geboren! Nachdem er ein Jahrzehnt lang in den K\u00fcchen des West Ends mit Aromen gespielt hatte, meist inspiriert von seinen Reisen, wechselte Balazs an die Front of House, um sein Team zu leiten. Unerkl\u00e4rlicherweise entschied er sich nach kurzer Zeit, wieder zu kreieren und \u00fcberlie\u00df den Umgang mit dem Publikum jemand anderem! Drei Jahrzehnte lang hat Paul im Herzen der sich st\u00e4ndig ver\u00e4ndernden Branche gearbeitet und war immer an vorderster Front dabei, aber da er wie Onkel Albert ist, spricht er nie dar\u00fcber.
