Het verhaal<\/h4>\r\nWe hebben verse paardenbloembloesems uit het noorden en in het wild gekweekte klis gedistilleerd met onze favoriete combinatie van botanische middelen om een soepele, eigentijdse gin te maken die gebouwd is op de ruggengraat van Britse traditie.\r\n\r\nDe lieveling van het noorden. Paardenbloem en klis is een favoriete smaakcombinatie. We hebben de aardse smaken van de wortels van deze botanicals genomen en ze gedistilleerd met lokaal geoogste heide, honingstruik om een bloemige lift toe te voegen en kolanoot en amandel om de smaken te binden met orriswortel om lengte toe te voegen. Een klassieke droge gin als je hem serveert met tonic, maar als je op zoek bent naar die ouderwetse noordelijke fish and chip shop Dandelion and Burdock serveer je hem met ginger ale \/ of D&B soda. \r\n\r\nOnze favoriete cocktail met deze gin is de bramble. De zoetheid van de bramenlikeur brengt de aardse tonen van de D&B wortels en kolanoot perfect in balans.
