We have taken our Hell's Stone Dulow blend whisky and aged it for a further 12 months in a Mezcal barrel in the shadow of St Michael's Mount on the wild cornish coast. The result is a complex oaky whisky with a spicy mezcal aftertaste.
 
Our friends over at Diageo lobbied for some time in order to change the rules so they can use Mezcal barrels at some of their Scottish Distilleries. Since we are quite literally writing the rules on what Cornish Whisky is and can be, we don't have to worry about any of that - you don't need to change the rules when you're busy making them!
